Returns & Refunds


Exchanges

EU Customers
For exchanges within the EU, please contact us at order@abletoact.com to request your exchange. Once the condition of your product is verified through photos or videos, our team will guide you to return the product via post (please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us).
 
You will also receive a payment link for the shipping cost of the exchanged products.* As a young company, we share these costs with you and kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer free returns or fully cover shipping expenses.
 
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your exchange items will be shipped via express delivery.
 
*For customers in Germany: We are able to cover the shipping cost of the new items.
 
Non-EU Customers
For exchanges outside the EU, please contact us at order@abletoact.com to initiate your exchange. After verifying the condition of your product through photos or videos, our team will send you a payment link that covers:
    • A return shipping label
    • Express shipment of the exchanged products (partially subsidized by us)
    • Insurance and customs documentation
As a young company, we greatly appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer free returns or cover shipping expenses.
 
Once your original order is returned and inspected, your exchange items will be shipped via express delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted only within 21 days after delivery.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

In the EU:
Request your return by emailing order@abletoact.com with a detailed reason for the return, along with pictures or a video of the product to support your request. Upon approval, you can return your products via post, using the shipping method of your choice.

For orders outside Europe:
Request your return by emailing order@abletoact.com with a detailed reason for the return, along with pictures or a video of the product to support your request. Upon approval, you will receive a link to the return portal to create a return label. You will have two options:

      • Pre-paid Express Returns via DHL:
        A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Please drop off your package within 14 days of creating your return authorisation.
      • Self-postage Returns:
        A return slip will be emailed to you. Include this slip in the package and send the returned goods back with the shipper of your choice within 14 days of creating your return authorisation.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been issued. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
    • Please note that refunds can take up to 8 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
    • The return shipping fee for pre-paid Express Returns will be deducted from your refund.
    • Self-postage Returns are subject to return shipping fees and reverse duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at order@abletoact.com with the tracking number once shipped.


Late or Missing refunds

Please note that we process refunds as soon as your refund request is approved. This means the money leaves our account immediately, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 8 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again a few days later. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are able to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will not be assessed any cancellation fee.
